Organic Spices

I went to Handsome's house last night and his mom taught me to make a meal but I forgot what it was called:(... I feel like this post is pointless haha because I don't have pictures of the meal at all and I was planning to but my iphone was being occupied by Handsomes cute little cousin!

But she taught me how to cook Afghan rice. You have NOT tried rice until you have tried her rice. I never knew all the steps in order to cook this specific type of rice my goodness! But it is worth it.

When I make it I will post pictures. However, I do have pictures from today of the spices she gave me that need to be cooked in to the rice in order to give it that unique flavor!

Above are all the spices and herbs you need to blend and sprinkle onto the rice. there are about 5 different herbs and spices in the bag. Once again the names were difficult to comprehend but I will figure it out.

I'm not sure I think one spice might be ginger. But whatever is in the blend it has such a nice sent to it and makes the rice taste amazing.

Lastly, This blend below is actually an organic remedy for stomach pain. And I'm not just saying this but it actually works. I made sure I took some home and blend this remedy together for Mom. She hasn't tried it yet. But I really hope it helps her feel better. And the bonus is shes not taking another medication!
