Viel And Potatoes

Above is a picture of my potatoes and unions with Viel Fatina cutlets and Viel with unions and lemon juice :) Great substitute for salt.

I had to find other alternatives for salt to cook with since my mother need to refrain from salts and I have been making almost all of the meals at home throughout the week.

two great substitutes for salt are Lemon Juice and Garlic Powder but make sure there are no other additives to both of the store bought times that contain salts :)
