Tonight was a very good night for me!...
I decided to sponsor a child named Jostin... He is three years old from El Savador and his father left him a while ago with his mother to raise him by herself. Jostin's mother is not skilled and needs help raising little Jostin.... I was touched by his story and I wanted to help... I always wanted to sponsor a child and this year I wanted to start it off by doing just that. My aunt always sponsors children and I have always wanted to do that once I am able to and felt like it was such a special opportunity for me and for Jostin..
plus, I am able to support my sponsor monthly with some cash and emailing him and keeping in touch with him. I know school will be occupying most of the time starting next week.. But a bit of money every end of the month is perfect for me and little Jostin and his family.. I will be keeping intouch with the family via email as well :)... I am so happy to help and do what I believe is a special start to the new year for both I and little Jostin.
He is such a sweet adorable child... I had the choice to pick from him and 3 others at the time but I picked with a blind eye and got him... I felt like it was meant to be because he was the one I had my eye on the whole time....
